As a general rule, the use of carts is limited to persons over 80 years of age or persons with physical conditions requiring such assistance.
A member who wishes to use a cart must make an application to the General Affairs Committee with reasons appended thereto and obtain approval.
A guest who wishes to use a golf cart must have a sponsoring member make an application to the manager in advance. Guests are asked to follow the same usage rules as the members. Members making the application must see to it that the guests observe the Golf Cart Usage Instructions.
Once a member has obtained approval of the cart usage, the member must make an application to the caddie master by 16:00 of the day prior to play. Carts will be available in the order of application.
Carts are available on all days. However, they must not be used in official competitions with the exception of those specified by the Competition Committee such as Children’s Day Cup, Family Cup, Opening Memorial Cup, Respect for the Aged Day Cup, etc.
Usage of carts may be restricted depending on the weather and course conditions.
Entrust the caddie to operate the cart. Please follow the path as decided by the caddie. Players may not specify the cart path.

For safety measures, please observe the following:
Entrust the caddie to operate the cart.
Follow the path as decided by the caddie.
Remain seated and hold on to the grip handle when in motion.
Keep hands, feet, and clubs inside the cart.
Do not jump on to or off from the moving cart.
Wait for the cart to come to a complete stop before loading or unloading the clubs.

When the cart is in front of another player about to swing, players in the cart are asked to step out of the cart and move out of the ball’s range.
